The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Where personal data (e.g. name, address or email addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.
Please note that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users is regularly only carried out with the user's consent. An exception applies in cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for factual reasons and the processing of data is permitted by law.
Insofar as we obtain consent for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis. When processing personal data required to fulfill a contract to which the data subject is party, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations required to carry out pre-contractual measures.
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Furthermore, data may be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject.
If your personal data is processed, you are the data subject within the meaning of the GDPR and you have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller:
You can request confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed by us. If such processing exists, you can request information from the controller about the purposes of processing, categories of personal data being processed, recipients, storage duration, and your rights.
You have the right to rectification and/or completion vis-à-vis the controller if the processed personal data concerning you is incorrect or incomplete. The controller must carry out the rectification without delay.
Under certain conditions, you can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. If processing has been restricted, this data - apart from its storage - may only be processed with your consent or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims.
You can request the controller to delete the personal data concerning you without delay, and the controller is obliged to delete this data without delay if one of the legal reasons applies. The right to deletion does not exist if processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transmit this data to another controller.
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you. The controller shall no longer process the personal data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for processing.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the GDPR.

This website uses a self-hosted analytics system to understand which pages are visited. No data is shared with third-party analytics providers such as Google Analytics or Meta.
Anonymous counting (default). We record only the requested page path, a timestamp, and the site identifier. No IP address, no user-agent string, no cookies, and no identifier that can be linked to you are stored. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding traffic volume on our own website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Detailed analytics (only with your consent). If you opt in via the cookie banner, we additionally record your country (derived from your IP address at the edge and then discarded — the IP itself is never stored), your device category (desktop, tablet, or mobile), the referring domain, and a pseudonymous visitor hash. The hash is computed with HMAC-SHA256 using a salt that rotates every 24 hours; it cannot be reversed into your IP address, cannot be linked across days, and cannot be linked across different websites. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by reopening the cookie banner.
Browser signals honored. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" (DNT) or "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) header, no data whatsoever is collected — regardless of your cookie-banner choice. Automated traffic (bots, crawlers, link-preview fetchers) is also excluded.
Cookie used. To remember your choice we set a single cookie named analytics_consent with the value 1 (consent) or 0 (objection). Lifetime: 1 year, SameSite=Lax. This cookie is strictly necessary for honoring your decision and does not itself track you.
Retention. All analytics records are automatically deleted 90 days after collection via a database-level time-to-live policy.
Storage location. Analytics data is stored on servers within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
No third-party transfer. Analytics data is not shared with advertising networks, social-media platforms, or any other third parties.
